THE COMPANY

OUR VARIETIES

Favorita Wine is born from a limited and select production, designed for those who seek truth, character and refinement in the glass.

Asprinio of Aversa
A symbolic white grape of the Agro Aversano area, cultivated using the ancient Alberata Aversana system, where the vines climb poplar trees to heights of 15–20 meters, creating spectacular green barriers. A biotype of Greco Bianco, it maintains a unique identity: lively acidity, extreme freshness, and a strong connection to Campania's rural tradition. It is ideal for bold sparkling wines or as a versatile white, perfect for any occasion.

Pallagrello Black
An ancient native Campanian grape, once the star of the royal vineyards of the Bourbons and the famous Vigna del Ventaglio at the Royal Palace of Caserta. Almost extinct after phylloxera and war, it was revived in the 1990s, and today it is one of the rarest gems of regional viticulture. A red of great charm and personality, discover and purchase directly in our shop.

the territory

Our vineyards are located in Campania, in the heart of the province of Caserta, between the fertile lands of Villa Literno and Aversa.

It is a unique territory, kissed by the sun and caressed
from the Tyrrhenian wind, where the native vines tell centuries of history and culture.

FAVORITE FARMHOUSE

In 1799, the villa was restored and embellished as a former hunting lodge for Ferdinand IV of Bourbon. The name "Favorita" derives from the adjective used by his wife, Her Majesty Maria Carolina of Austria, to indicate that our Masseria was her favorite of all.

Today, after years of abandonment, we have completely renovated and secured the remaining ruin, transforming it into a winery powered 100% by renewable energy.

THE FOUNDER

My name is Vincenzo, and before becoming a wine producer, I served in Italy as a member of the Guardia di Finanza, dedicating myself to upholding the law and justice.

Traveling and interacting with different cultures, I understood that the true wealth of my country was right before my eyes: the land.

With the help of my father-in-law Mario, an agronomist with over forty years of experience, I rediscovered the profound value of agricultural work and the beauty of turning passion into a life project. Today I live in Rotterdam, where I have chosen to bring my family's wine beyond Italy's borders.
